Welcome to WebAppz support, as part of our commitment to providing excellent customer support, we are now tracking all support issues through an automated web based ticketing system. This provides an excellent way for support issues to be submitted and monitored whilst they are being dealt with. At each update an email is sent to advise of progress, or you can login and examine your tickets at anytime.

Before being able to use the support system you must register and create an account for yourself. This will require that you confirm your email address by clicking on a link sent to the address you provide. Once this is done you can login and gain access to the support system.

Once you have registered and confirmed your email details you will be able to submit a 'pre-sales enquiry'. To gain access to the full support system for both technical, billing and update enquiries, please submit a pre-sales enquiry requesting upgrade to customer status.
